2016ari dagokionez, Javierren hitzetan, “krisi batetik gatoz eta etorkizun iragarrezina dugu aurrean, eta beharrezkoak izango dira konfiantza eta ilusioa, lankidetza, gure heterogeneotasunetik abiatuta, eta negozio berri errentagarriak eta iraunkorrak garatzea, gure gizartea eraldatzen laguntzeko. Javier Sotil spoke about MONDRAGON’s evolution, pointing out that “in 2015 the previous year’s sales will be surpassed and 1300 industrial jobs created”. As to 2016, Javier stated that “we have come out of a crisis and have to tackle an unpredictable future where trust and hope will be necessary, together with co-operation on the basis of our diversity and the development of new sustainable profitable businesses which help transform our society. Moreover, we must do this together, because we’re bigger and better, conveying hope to young people as the creators of change, playing on a big scale”.

Javier Sotil se ha referido a la evolución de MONDRAGON, señalando que “en 2015 se superarán las ventas del año anterior y se crearán 1.300 empleos industriales”. Respecto a 2016, Javier ha apuntado que “venimos de una crisis y afrontamos un futuro impredecible, en el que será necesaria la confianza y la ilusión, la cooperación desde nuestra heterogeneidad, y el desarrollo de nuevos negocios rentables y sostenibles que ayuden a transformar nuestra sociedad. Y debemos hacerlo juntos, porque somos más y mejores, ilusionando a los jóvenes, siendo creadores de cambio y jugando a la grande”.
