(Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and Five Hundred Kuwaiti Dinars), where it declared it only in the company’s budget of the financial statements of the ending year on 31/12/2017.

أما في المحور الثاني فقد تناولت الورشة آلية قيد مراقبي الحسابات في السجل الخاص لدى الهيئة والخطوات الواجب اتباعها، بدايةً بالحصول على شهادة لا حكم عليه من الأدلة الجنائية لدى وزارة الداخلية ومن ثم التقدم الى الهيئة بكتاب لطلب القيد في السجل الخاص لديها مرفقاً به النموذج الوارد في الملحق رقم (8) من الكتاب الخامس من اللائحة التنفيذية مع مراعاة سداد رسم تقديم الطلب البالغ 1,000 دينار كويتي وإرفاق نسخة من إيصال دفع الرسوم مع النموذج. حيث ستبت الهيئة بالطلب المقدم خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ استكماله، وفي حال موافقة الهيئة على طلب تسجيله وقيده في سجل الهيئة يسدد مراقب الحسابات رسم وقدره 5,000 دينار كويتي ويتم استلام شهادة التسجيل الخاصة به.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Mishaal Al‐Usaimi, along with senior officials who are represented by Mr. Khalid AlHomoud - Board of Commissioners member from the Saudi Capital Market Authority, and Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi - Chief Executive Officer from Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority, Mr. Mohamed Farid – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Exchange, and Mr. Khaled AbdulRazzaq AlKhaled - Chief Executive Officer of Boursa Kuwait. Al-Usaimi discussed the extent to which local parties accept the changes taking place in the Kuwaiti market.

وناقشت الجلسة الثانية للمؤتمر رؤية رؤساء مجالس الادارات والمدراء التنفيذين في أسواق المال والبورصات العربية لإلقاء الضوء على الفرص الاستثمارية في الدول العربية، وقد شارك في هذه الجلسة السيد/ مشعل العصيمي ، الى جانب كبار المسؤولين ويمثلهم من هيئة أسواق المال السعودية السيد/ خالد الحمود - عضو مجلس المفوضين، ومن هيئة الأوراق والسلع الإماراتية – السيد/ د. عبيد الزعابي – الرئيس التنفيذي، و من بورصة مصر – السيد/ محمد فريد – رئيس مجلس الإدارة، و من بورصة الكويت – السيد/ خالد الخالد – الرئيس التنفيذي، حيث طرح للنقاش موضوع مدى تقبل الأطراف المحلية للتغييرات التي يشهدها السوق الكويتي والمبنية على أسس عالمية ، وقد أجاب العصيمي أن المستثمر المحلي هو الأساس المكون لهيكل السوق والذي يساهم باستقراره على المدى الطويل، وبالتالي فإن جميع التغييرات التي يتم تطبيقها ليست لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي فحسب، بل لرفع مستوى كفاءة السوق إلى معيار عالمي لجذب المستثمر المحلي-إضافة إلى الأجنبي- وخاصة الأموال المحلية التي تخرج من السوق الكويتي وتستهدف أسواق تتماشى مع المعايير العالمية.

For failure to disclose on 07/03/2018 at the call of the Board of Directors on 12/03/2018 to discuss an item relating to the amortization of accumulated losses of the company on the amount of KWD 2,299,916 (two million two hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and sixteen Kuwaiti Dinars), in the capital of the company which has reached KD 949,878 (nine hundred and forty-nine thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight Kuwaiti Dinars) and therefore increase the company's capital in the amount of KWD 2,050,122 (two million and fifty thousand and one hundred and twenty-two Kuwaiti Dinars), the company’s capital after the increase reached KD3,000,000 (three million Kuwaiti Dinars).

وتأتي هذه العقوبة بسبب مخالفتها حكم المادة (4- 1- 1) من الكتاب العاشر (الإفصاح والشفافية) من اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم 7 لسنة 2010 وتعديلاتهما، لعدم قيامها بتاريخ 07/03/2018 لدى الدعوة لانعقاد مجلس الإدارة بتاريخ 12/03/2018 بالإفصاح عن رغبة مجلس الإدارة بمناقشة بند يتعلق بإطفاء الخسائر المتراكمة للشركة بقيمة 2,299,916 د.ك (اثنان مليون ومائتين وتسعة وتسعون ألف وتسعمائة وستة عشر دينار كويتي) في رأس المال بالكامل ليصبح رأس المال 949,878 د.ك (تسعمائة وتسعة وأربعون ألف وثمانمائة وثمانية وسبعون دينار كويتي) ومن ثم زيادة رأس مال الشركة بقيمة 2,050,122 د.ك (اثنان مليون وخمسون ألف ومائة واثنين وعشرين دينار كويتي) ليصبح رأس مال الشركة بعد الزيادة 3,000,000 د.ك (ثلاثة ملايين دينار كويتي).
