On his part, Kuwaiti Ambassador in Tirana Najeeb Al Bader expressed his happiness for the excellent level of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Al Bader stressed that the decision of the State of Kuwait to finance this important project comes within the framework of support towards the efforts of the Government of Albania to strengthen the rule of law, democracy, judicial and economic reforms, the fight against organized crime and other reforms that contribute to the integration process in the European Union.

Ambasadori i Kuvajtit në Tiranë, Najeeb Al Bader shprehu kënaqësinë e tij për nivelin e shkëlqyer të bashkëpunimit dypalësh ndërmjet dy vendeve. Al Bader theksoi se vendimi i Shtetit të Kuvajtit për financimin e këtij projekti të rëndësishëm vjen në kuadër të mbështetjes që Kuvajti i jep angazhimit të Qeverisë Shqiptare për të forcuar sundimin e ligjit, demokracisë, ndërmarrjen e reformave gjyqësore dhe ekonomike të domosdoshme, luftën kundër krimit të organizuar, si dhe reforma të tjera që kontribuojnë në procesin e integrimit në Bashkimin Evropian.
