Um es alles zusammenzufassen: Nachdem ich mich bekehrte, lieh ich mir ein Mehrspurgerät eines Freundes aus und überprüfte meine Aufnahme von Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven", nur um dort tatsächlich die im Film beschriebene Backmasking-Botschaft zu finden.

Praise the Lord for my salvation. Actually to sum it all up: After I got saved I borrowed the 4 track recording from a friend and checked my recording of Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to heaven” and I found the backmasking message on there. Not as clearly as on the “Hells Bells” documentary but you definitely understandable.

It all started after I read a book called “The Sharpened Sword“. It explains about John Knox’s life and it got me really excited about him. In school our topic was about famous people and I thought to take John Knox. In the end, after having read so much him, I was keen to go to the place where he was born and was buried. We put this before God in prayer to help us to find the places.

Eines Tages lieh ich mir eine Schallplatte eines Freundes aus. Normalerweise war die Hardrock Musik darauf nicht mein Fall, aber ich war einfach neugierig. Nach ungefähr einer Minute des Zuhörens passierte etwas wirklich sonderbares: plötzlich spürte ich einen merkwürdigen Druck auf meinem Brustkorbm, so als wäre ich von einem Stahlband umbunden, das jemand langsam immer fester zusammenzieht.

One day I borrowed a LP from a friend with some hard rock music which I normally didn’t really like but just was curious. When I played the music something really strange happened after a minute or so. Suddenly I had this strange pressure on my chest like someone had put a steel band around my chest and slowly tighten it more and more. I checked the settings on my stereo but all was normal. I stopped the music and to my great relief the pressure disappeared. So I tried it again. I started the music and the pressure came back. I stopped it and it was gone.
