This information will also be communicated to the NOSS and NISSE, plus the social inspection departments. In this way, the Commission can give a signal of a possible pseudo-independency.

Si la Commission Artistes estime que le statut des travailleurs indépendants ne trouve pas à s'appliquer à vous, elle vous en informe, de même que l'ONSS, l'INASTI et les services d'inspection sociale. La Commission peut ainsi indiquer que l'on est peut-être en présence d'un faux travailleur indépendant.

Als de Commissie Kunstenaars vindt dat u onterecht in het zelfstandigenstatuut bent terechtgekomen, brengt ze u daarvan op de hoogte. Ook de RSZ, het RSVZ en de sociale inspectiediensten worden hierover geïnformeerd. Op die manier kan de Commissie een signaal geven als er eventueel schijnzelfstandigheid in het spel is.
