Les 6 séminaires régionaux serontorganisés au Maghreb, au Mashreq, en Afrique, en Amérique latine, en Asie-Pacifique et en Eurasie, autour de différents thèmes, priorisés selon les régions : stratégie de lobbying auprès des gouvernements nationaux et des bailleurs, renforcement des capacités de plaidoyer, promotion de la participation démocratique dans la gouvernance locale, mise en place d’un climat propice au développement de la gouvernance locale, meilleure correspondance entre les mécanismes de soutien aux autorités locales et régionales et les contraintes et besoins réels.

The 6 regional seminars will be organised in the Maghreb and Mashrek regions, in Africa, in Latin America, in the Asia-Pacific and in Eurasia, around different themes, prioritised according to the region: lobbying strategy towards national governments and donors, reinforcement of advocacy capacities, promotion of democratic participation in local governance, establishment of an enabling environment for the development of local governance, better correspondence between support mechanisms for local and regional authorities and the real needs and constraints.
