The transparency in the work of the state bodies, including the MFA, is the main pillar of the sustainability of the rule of law. However, transparency does not mean selective publication of information, when this seems convenient to the holder of information.

Duke pasur parasysh se bëhet fjalë për Konventën për të drejtat e fëmijës, Komiteti i Helsinkit kontaktoi edhe me seksionin për të drejtat e fëmijës pranë Avokatit të popullit, por edhe ata nuk ishin të informuar për aktivitetet të cilat MPJ e jonë i ka ndërmarrë në këtë fushë.
