Ze względu na to, że celem MKR jest unikanie powstawania odpadów specjalnych, urządzenia filtrujące VC 200 i VC 400 funkcjonują wyłącznie przy zastosowaniu taśmy bezkońcowej. Oba modele działają bez stosowania włókniny filtracyjnej.

It is second nature at MKR to avoid the output of hazardous waste. Therefore, the VC 200 and VC 400 operate exclusively using an endless belt. Neither of the devices requires a filter fleece. However, the operating efficiency of both models is based on the smart combination of a robust technology together with the low energy consumption. The dry filter cake is automatically brushed off and collected; the band-pass filter is then cleaned using high-pressure.

Weil die Vermeidung von Sondermüll bei MKR Programm ist, arbeiten der VC 200 und der VC 400 ausschließlich mit Endlosband. Beide Typen kommen ohne Filtervlies aus. Ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit beruhtjedoch in erster Linie auf intelligent kombinierter, störungsarmer Technik, die sich erst noch durch einen geringen Energieverbrauch auszeichnet. Der trockene Filterkuchen wird automatisch abgebürstet, gesammelt und das Filterband mit Hochdruck gereinigt.
