STAS NV i kupac izrijekom izjavljuju da će se sva potraživanja dugovanja, neovisno o vrsti, sadašnja i buduća, koja postoje s jedne ili druge strane, međusobno automatski kompenzirati svim dugovanjima, neovisno o vrsti, sadašnjima i budućima, koja postoje s jedne ili druge strane, i to u trenutku nastanka predmetnih potraživanja dugovanja i samih dugovanja, neovisno o tome kako se mogu naknaditi.

NV STAS and the customer explicitly state that all receivables of any kind, present and future, that they have towards each other, will between them automatically be compensated with all debts of any kind, present and future, that they owe towards each other, and this at the moment of the existence of the respective debts and receivables, notwithstanding their payability. In case of bankruptcy or dissolution of the customer or in case the customer requests an insolvency procedure in accordance with the Law of 31.01.2009, at the moment of bankruptcy, dissolution or request by the customer of any of the procedures of the Law of 31.01.2009, NV STAS will have the right to compensate the most recent still existing debts, payable or not payable, present or future of any kind, with the at that moment still existing debts in favor of NV STAS, before doing a deposit to the joint credi- tors of the bankrupt, dissoluted or the Law of 31.012009 invoking customer.

STAS NV и клиент категорически заявляют, что долговые претензии любого характера, текущие или будущие, которые они могут иметь в отношении друг друга, автоматически взаимозачитываются со всеми задолженностями любого характера, текущими или будущими, которые имеются на момент возникновения соответствующих долговых претензий и задолженностей, независимо от срока уплаты. В случае банкротства или ликвидации юридического лица клиента, или если клиент идет на полюбовное согла- шение с кредиторами или подает заявление о судебной реорганизации согласно закону от 31.01.2009 о непрерывности деятельности предприятий, STAS NV имеет право в момент банкротства, ликвидации или запроса één клиентом процедуры согласно закону от 31.01.2009 за счет клиента компенсировать все подлежащие и еще не подлежащие уплате долговые претензии любого характера за счет имеющихся на этот момент задолженностей клиента перед STAS NV, до всех прочих één выплат общим кредиторам клиента в состоянии банкротства, ликвидации или запросившего процедуру согласно закону от 31.01.2009.
