Al nostre país, podem parlar de dues Catalunyes, que pensen de manera diferent. Quan les poses en contacte, una està a mata-degolla amb l’altra. Una és la Catalunya de la costa, la que vol saber si tenim aigua per beure o no, si ens tallaran el subministrament, etc.

En nuestro país, podemos hablar de dos Cataluñas, que piensan de manera distinta. Cuando las pones en contacto, una está a matar con la otra. Una es la Cataluña costera, la que quiere saber si tenemos o no agua para beber, si nos cortarán el suministro, etc. La otra es la del interior, y aquí el problema es regar o no regar, y si construimos o no el canal Segarra-Garrigues. Los de Lérida creen que en Barcelona les quieren robar el agua. Los de Barcelona creen que en Lérida tienen agua y no quieren darla. Lo que habría que decir es: «Somos catalanes, tenemos el agua, hablemos». Pero hablemos en general, sin condiciones.
