In the central location of Calabria, at the narrow point of the boot reduce itself, making seas closer: the Tirreno sea only 3 Km far, and the Jonic sea reachable in less than 30 minutes, is located the Agriturismo “Trigna” in the Lamezia Terme plain. “Two minutes from the World...light years from stress”, this sentence is rightly summarizing life and spirit of our farm, offers to its guests a deep sensation of relax and peace and from frenzy daily life. The farm is central located near the airport (www.sacal.it), the central station, the highway (A3-SA/RC). The estate has been an exist from the 8th century, received high awards for cultivation of rice and breading of life stock. Ours it is a bioecological farm holidays, all our activities are stiff to obtain one sostenibile development. Also in the activities of our farm school we try to inculcate to the children that nature is an exhaustible good and that it must have to be respected. Today the Trigna is proposed like farm holiday residence, having undertaken since 1997 such activity, restructuring at first some rooms of the courtyard, arriving then to a number total of 25 bed places in the followed years. The experience to open our house to strangers revealed very soon to us, in spite of the original fear, stimulating and pursuing new ideas. Our guests who more and more have known to us, through specific guides, and the website, come from all the world, from Mexico, Israel, Canada, Australia, America, Japan, Germany, Holland; we are proud of this, there are no barriers for one small reality that provides characterizing data. In our farm you’ll spend in relax your vacation, but we would like to let you know that there’s a lot more: exchange of knowledge, sensations, traditions, culture at the end. Coming into the farm you’ll meet the La Ferla’s family with Tonino, Elena, Francesco, Lilly and if you’re lucky also Orazio. We were born and lived in the town, but very soon we fall in love for the country. I, Lilly, attended grammar school with my brothers in Lamezia (Nicastro), then we moved to the country. My brothers attended university, becoming graduated, in Cosenza, Orazio, in mechanical engineer, and Francesco, the smallest, touristy economy. Regarding me, I’m one of the several law doctors, crowding the courts. To accomplish this introduction, I’ll tell that mom after being law graduated became a teacher and a mother, taking care then to the farm holiday. All of us, in different matters, are involved

Im Zentrum von Kalabrien, wo der Stiefel sich verengt, im Golf von Sankt Eufemia in Lamezia Terme, liegt das landwirtschaftliche und touristische Gut “Trigna”. Das Tyrrhenische Meer ist nur 3 km entfernt und das Ionische Meer kann man mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichen. “Zwei Minuten von der Welt entfernt, Lichtjahre vom Stress“. Dieser Satz symbolisiert das Leben auf unserem Bauerngut.Auch wenn der Bauernhof nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen, vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Autobahnausfahrt von Lamezia Terme entfernt ist, bietet er den Gästen Ruhe, Wohlgefühl und Erholung vom Alltagsstress. Trigna befindet sich in einem ökologisch wertvollen Gebiet und unsere landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten passen sich der umweltgerechten Bio-Entwicklung an. Seit 1997 hat sich der Bauernhof Trigna zu einem touristischen Betrieb entwickelt und bietet heute 25 einladende Zimmer an. Trotz ursprünglicher Bedenken erweist sich die Idee. unser Haus Gästen zu öffnen, als eine gelungene Entscheidung. Unsere Gäste, die uns durch Reiseführer, Internet aber auch durch Empfehlung kennen gelernt haben, kommen aus der ganzen Welt: Mexiko, Israel, Kanada, Australien, Japan, Deutschland, Holland.... um nur einige Länder zu nennen. Darauf sind wir sehr stolz: Ein kleiner Bauernhof mit biologischer Landwirtschaft, der auf dem besten Weg ist, sich zu einem wertgeschätzten Gästetreffpunkt zu entwickeln. Wir bieten nicht nur entspannende und interessante Ferien an, sondern vermitteln auch die kalabresische Tradition und Kultur. Auf unserem Bauernhof können Sie die Familie La Ferla kennenlernen: Tonino und Elena mit den Kindern Francesco, Orazio (wenn er gerade daheim ist) und mich, Lilly. Wir sind in der Stadt geboren und dort groß geworden. Meine Brüder und ich haben das „Klassische Gymnasium“ in Lamezia Terme besucht. Dann ist die ganze Familie auf das Bauerngut meines Vaters umgezogen und wir haben uns in das Landleben verliebt. Meine Brüder haben an der Universität von Cosenza studiert. Orazio ist Diplomingenieur geworden und Francesco hat ein Diplom in touristischer Wirtschaft. Was mich betrifft, bin ich eine der zahlreichen Juradoktoren, die die Gerichtssäle in Italien bereichern. Papa Tonino, der in „Agraria“ diplomierte, verwaltet seit über fünfzig Jahren den Gutshof. Mama Elena hat wie ich Jura studiert und zwanzig Jahre lang französisch unterrichtet, bevor wir ebenfalls auf das Land gezogen sind und anfingen uns um den Bauernhof und um die Gäste zu kümmern.
