Τοποθετούμε τη γέμιση της αρεσκείας μας στη μία πλευρά του κύκλου απλώνοντας την χωρίς αυτή να φτάσει στις άκριες. Κατόπιν διπλώνουμε την πιτούλα και πιέζουμε τις άκριες της ζύμης για να κλείσει και τσιμπάμε τη ζύμη στο ημικύκλιο της για να σιγουρευτούμε ότι δεν θα φύγει η γέμιση εν'όσο θα τηγανίζεται.
