Nei primi mesi di primavera, soprattutto durante la settimana, sul lago di Caldaro non c’è ancora molta gente e quindi si trova facilmente parcheggio ed anche spazio abbastanza per preparare il proprio materiale a riva del lago.

Regarding wind conditions for windsurfing, spring is the best season. Even if there might not be too many windy days, the breeze is constant, reaching up to 6 Beaufort. In this period of time, during the week there is not much “traffic” on the lake and conditions are really perfect, while on the weekends this spot can also be rather crowded, so watch out and yield right of way. Even if the lake is already pleasantly warm in springtime you might need to wear a wet suit.

Am meisten Wind gibt es vor allem im Frühjahr. Zwar sind die windigen Tage nicht sehr viele, aber der Wind bläst konstant und erreicht auch Windstärken von 6 Beaufort. Um dieser Zeit besteht auch unter der Woche kaum “Betrieb“ auf dem Wasser und man kann sich frei bewegen. An den Wochenenden kann es allerdings etwas voll werden. Vorfahrtsregeln sollten dann nicht ignoriert werden. Die Wassertemperatur ist zwar im Vergleich zu anderen Seen bereits im Frühjahr sehr angenehm, jedoch ist ein Neoprenanzug nötig.
