Le 15 avril, juste avant 22 h 30, la GRC de Whitehorse était intervenue, suite à une plainte concernant un vol au Bernie's Race Trac Gas, commis par un homme muni d'une lampe à souder. Le suspect s'était enfui avec plus de $700 en liquide, la GRC de Whitehorse ayant pu en récupérer une partie, en suivant la trace du suspect avec l'assistance du Service cynophile.

On April 15th just before 10:30 p.m., Whitehorse RCMP were dispatched to a report that Bernie's Race Trac Gas had been robbed by a male carrying a blow torch. The suspect made off with over $700 in cash, some of which Whitehorse RCMP were able to recover with the assistance of Police Dog Services, during a track of the suspect.
