The RAA is to be seen as an innovation and support agency for the development and advancement of the democratic culture of living together at school, youth work and in the community. We have a longtime as well as comprehensive knowledge of and professional competence in the education and counseling of teachers, school administrations, the staff of independent institutions of juvenile, educational and social works as well as communal administrations, of protagonists of local initiatives against right-wing extremism and last but not least of young people themselves.

Die RAA versteht sich als Innovations- und Unterstützungsagentur für die Entwicklung und Förderung einer demokratischen Kultur des Zusammenlebens in Schule, Jugendarbeit und Gemeinwesen. Wir verfügen über langjährige und umfangreiche Erfahrungen und professionelle Kompetenzen in der Bildung und Beratung von Lehrkräften, Schulleitungen, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern freier Träger der Jugend-, Bildungs- und Sozialarbeit sowie kommunaler Verwaltungen, von Akteuren lokaler Initiativen gegen Rechtsextremismus und nicht zuletzt von Jugendlichen selbst.
