Prin conversație îi ajutăm persoanei să se deschisă și să exprime tot ce s-a acumulat în sufletul ei. Eu pot, bineînțeles, să rog clientul să deseneze sau să facă un test psihologic, însă aceste sunt elemente adiționale, însoțitoare, iar temelia este comunicarea.
