Autumn on Lake Como: the period of September and October is well known for the mild climate, still nice and sometimes better than in the summer. Until October you can still make boat trips on the lake and many villages organize fun Festivals and Celebrations. All around the lake there are paths that suggest beautiful walks in the woods and mountains in search of chestnuts, cottages and landscapes. November is the most gloomy month, but the lake does not lose its charm and some people just like it this way, almost forgotten by everyone. In the month of December festivities come and light up the city again.
