Comme ailleurs dans les autres régions frontalières, la population allemande originelle fut remplacée par des Tchèques et des Slovaques venant de l’intérieur de pays et des enclaves des pays voisins ainsi que par des Polonais, des Hongrois et des Serbes entre autres.

One of the most renowned natives is born in Kynšperk in the second half of the 19th century (1871), i.e. Kašpar Herrmann, the inventor of offset printing. The town's population changed quite significantly after World War II. As elsewhere in the border regions, a part of the German inhabitants was replaced by Czechs and Slovaks – newcomers from inland, returnees from the Czech and Slovak communities in the neighbouring countries, as well as Poles, Hungarians, Serbians, and other nations.

In der zweiten Hälfte des vorvergangenen Jahrhunderts (1871) wird der wohl bekannteste Königsberger geboren, Caspar Herrmann – der Erfinder des Offsetdrucks. Nach dem II. Weltkrieg änderte sich radikal die Einwohnerschaft. Wie auch anderswo im Grenzgebiet siedelten sich statt der zwangsausgesiedelten deutschen Einwohner Tschechen und Slowaken an – sowohl aus dem Binnenland, als auch Reemigranten aus tschechischen und slowakischen Enklaven umliegender Länder - aber auch Polen, Ungaren, Serben und andere mehr.

En la segunda mitad del siglo pasado (1871) nació aquí el quizá más conocido ciudadano - Kašpar Herrmann – inventor de la forma de impresión offset. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial los habitantes de la ciudad considerablemente se cambiaron. Así como en otras partes en la frontera, reemplazaron a parte de los habitantes alemanes ante todo checos y eslovacos – tanto del interior como también emigrantes de los enclaves checo y eslovaco en los países vecinos – pero también polacos, húngaros, serbos y otros.

Nella seconda metà del XIX secolo (1871) nacque il cittadino di Kynšperk probabilmente più celebre al mondo, Kašpar Herrmann, inventore della stampa offset. La popolazione della città subì profonde modifiche nel secondo dopoguerra: così come in altre zone di frontiera, i tedeschi furono sostituiti principalmente dai cechi e dagli slovacchi provenienti dalle zone interne o dalle enclavi degli Stati vicini, ma anche da polacchi, ungheresi, serbi ed altre nazionalità.

Во второй половине прошлого века (1871) здесь родился, наверное, самый известный выходец из Киншперка – Каспар Германн – изобретатель офсетной печати. После второй мировой войны состав населения города значительно изменился. Как и в других пограничных областях, часть немецкого населения заменили в частности чехи и словаки – как из внутренних территорий, так и реэмигранты из чешских и словацких анклавов в окрестных странах, а также поляки, венгры, сербы и другие.
