Restaurants & Bars | Le Céladon, Le Petit Céladon, The Duke's Bar The Hôtel Westminster's Le Céladon restaurant (one Michelin star) is known for its outstanding cuisine and exceptional service. The fine food is subtly perfected by the talent of Executive Chef Christophe Moisand and his team. Using shades of pale green, with accents of Céladon porcelain, crystal and silk, the renowned interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon has brilliantly recreated the French Regency style with oriental touches, offering a plush charm and warm atmosphere. Le Céladon is open from Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner in an elegant and intimate setting. Le Céladon is transformed into the Le Petit Céladon and adopts a weekend spirit. The service and the décor are more relaxed, and the refined atmosphere makes guests feel like they are in a family home. As for the cuisine, Christophe Moisand playfully mixes traditional cooking with modernity. Le Petit Céladon is open on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner. The Duke's Bar, with its monumental fireplace, green club chairs and wooden mahogany tables and panelling, makes you feel comfortable. The beautiful library and the black and white photographs with portraits of English writers pronounce the British atmosphere. Master cocktails are prepared by our Chief Barman Gérard, a true artist who brings his personal touch to old-fashioned cocktails, short drinks and long drinks from another century. A pianist enlivens the cocktail hour from Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30pm. The Duke's Bar is open for cocktails and light meals for lunch and dinner. Room Service is available 24 hours a day. For a private lunch or dinner, you can even order all the dishes from Le Céladon during its opening hours. The restaurant is closed for 1 week in December, from 1st to 5th march , from 26 to 30 April and in August.
