This important document contained on a Serapeum stela erected in the 37th year of king Sheshonk V. It was dedicated a young man named Pasenhor (earlier called Horpasen) who was a priest in Memphis and is has served as the backbone of the chronology of the 22nd dynasty since its discovery by Mariette late in the 19th century.

Ten niesłychanie ważny dokument znajduje się na steli znalezionej w Serapeum w końcu XIX stulecia przez A.Mariette'a a ufundowanej w 37 roku panowania Szeszonka V przy okazji pogrzebu byka Apisa. Stelę dedykowano młodemu kapłanowi o imieniu Pasenhor (wcześniej zwanemu Horpasen). Genealogia Pasenhora stanowi podstawę w ustaleniu chronologii i genealogii XXII dynastii.

Burnt in antiquity and restored under the XVIII dynasty became a cult centre as a tomb of Osiris. Here was found a collection of various objects and pieces of equipment, among others stela with royal serekch and mummified human arm, adorned with four bracelets bearing serekchs of the king.

Niemal kwadratowy grobowiec o wymiarach wewnętrznych: 13,20x11,80x2,70 [m], a zewnętrznych: 18,3x17,0 [m], grubość muru: 2,6 m. W czasach starożytnych grób został spalony, a odrestaurowany za XVIII dynastii, zaczął być otaczany czcią, jako grób Ozyrysa. Znaleziono liczne przedmioty i ich fragmenty, m.in. stelę z królewskim serechem a także zmumifikowane ramię ludzkie ozdobione czterema bransoletami, również przedstawiające serechy króla. Otoczenie grobu to 318 komór towarzyszących.
