CreditPlus Bank AG is a highly specialised consumer credit bank headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, and a member of the Crédit Agricole Group through the French consumer finance group CA Consumer Finance (CACF). Amid current market development, increasing digitalisation and the introduction of new business models, CreditPlus Bank set itself the goal of optimising all customer-related processes and progressively developing these processes in accordance with the CACF 2020 strategy. CreditPlus Bank trusted in the support of SHS VIVEON to achieve this goal and decided to have a CRM Maturity Model analysis carried out by the customer management experts. This analysis not only measures the current maturity level of a company's CRM, it also allows a CRM target vision to be created as well as qualification and visualisation of the fields of action required in this regard. The analysis yielded various optimisation approaches for CreditPlus Bank in relation to the company-wide customer relationship management strategy, customer-centric data management as well as its CRM-related processes.
