La Bulgarie devrait recevoir environ 30 % (76 millions de francs) et la Roumanie environ 70 % (181 millions) du montant global de la contribution. La Suisse s’aligne ainsi sur la même proportion, appliquée par les autres États de l’AELE dans leur propre contribution à l’égard de ces deux pays.

Bulgaria will receive about 30% (CHF 76 million) and Romania about 70% (CHF 181 million) of the total amount. Switzerland thus orients itself according to the distribution scale of the other EFTA states, which have divided their contributions in the same ratio. At the same time, this allows Switzerland to continue the earlier transition aid it provided to these two countries at a comparable level.

Bulgarien soll rund 30% (76 Mio. Franken) und Rumänien rund 70% (181 Mio. Franken) des Gesamtbetrags erhalten. Damit richtet sich die Schweiz nach dem Verteilschlüssel der ande-ren EFTA-Staaten, die ihren Beitrag im gleichen Verhältnis aufgeteilt haben. Gleichzeitig führt damit die Schweiz ihre frühere Transitionshilfe an diese beiden Staaten in vergleichba-rer Höhe weiter.

La Bulgaria dovrebbe ricevere il 30% (circa 76 milioni di franchi) e la Romania circa il 70% (181 milioni di franchi) dell’intero contributo. In tal modo la Svizzera si adegua ai criteri di ripartizione degli altri Stati dell’AELS, che hanno suddiviso il loro contributo nella stessa proporzione. Contemporaneamente ciò permette alla Svizzera di fornire a questi due Stati un nuovo sostegno di uguale entità rispetto al precedente aiuto alla transizione.
