Poate diferenţa dintre prima acţiune - creşterea cunoaşterii insului uman, asistarea în descoperirea de sine şi conturarea caracterului, a tablei de valori pentru viaţă - şi cea la care conlucrează ceilalţi doi (aplicarea dreptăţii şi asigurarea liniştii publice, de la absolvirea nevinovatului până la pedepsirea culpabilului) nu este suficient de vădită pentru toată lumea, însă.

The tutor educates, the judge judges, policeman is policing. Maybe the difference between the first action - increasing the knowledge of the human being, assisting in discovering one's self and building its character, of the value table for life - and the one for which the other two factors are working (applying justice and ensuring the public order, from absolving the innocent to punishing the guilty person) is not obvious enough for everybody yet. How else could I explain to myself the fact that, after all, the awarding ceremony of the baccalaureate graduates with maximal score for the year 2010 - 2011 has started with the announcement of breaching the law and the law suits launched on this occasion (as an "opricinik"), ruining everybody's joy with the image of a territory of theft, misery and conquest of the current Romanian education, Mr. Minister Funeriu is threatening now in anticipation the universities which beat about the bush when having elections.
