iL10 Description: The iL10 flange is a solenoid operated lock valve designed as a safety option against Unintended Car Movement (UCM) for hydraulic elevators. It includes all standard EV valve adjustments as well as a self-closing manual lowering valve. Its purpose is to provide additional safety to lock the down piston X at its closed position via a lock piston LP in case of UCM situation or while the lift is stationary. Down movement of the lift is only possible by energizing down solenoid coil D on the control valve and the solenoid coil A3 on the iL10 flange. The iL10 can be mounted on any Blain EV, SEV and EV4 type valves at the size of 1″, 1.5″ and 2″. The existing Blain valves are easily upgradable to satisfy UCM safety by the replacement of the typical EV down flange with the iL10.

iL10 Beschreibung: Der iL10 Flansch ist ein magnetgesteuertes Sperrventil, das als Sicherheitsoption für eine unbeabsichtigte Bewegung des Fahrkorbs (Unintended Car Movement, UCM) von hydraulischen Aufzüge konzipiert ist. Er verfügt über alle Standardeinstellungen des EV Ventils, sowie einen selbstschließenden Notablass. Als redundantes System verriegelt er im Falle einer UCM-Situation oder während des Stillstandes des Aufzugs den Senkkolben X über den Schließkolben LP. Die Abwärtsbewegung des Aufzugs ist nur möglich, wenn die Magnetspule D am Steuerventil und die Magnetspule A3 am iL10-Flansch aktiviert werden. Der iL10-Flansch kann problemlos an Blain-Ventile des Typs EV, SEV und EV4 mit den Größen 1″, 1,5″ und 2″ eingebaut werden. Die vorhandenen Blain Ventile können einfach aufgerüstet werden, indem der Standard EV-Senkflansch durch den iL10-Flansch ersetzt wird.
