A private tasting usually starts with a welcome on the terrace, which includes a welcome drink and a small bite. Continued by a guided tour of the winery and vineyard, we can also focus on specific questions about technology or architecture according to the guests´ interest. After the tour the group is offered to sit in the main tasting room where a dinner is prepared according to the guests´ choice - from a basic tasting bite (bread , water, cheese) over buffet-style meals (cold, hot or combination) to a several-course menu served by chosen catering companies.

Na tyto veškeré podněty stavba odpovídá svým zasazením do terénu i dominantní střechou dekorovanou speciální vlnitou krytinou, která umožňuje měkkou modelaci světla, příznivé proudění vzduchu a efektní viditelné vedení vody. Snahou je vytvořit střechu, která bude vinařský dům zeširoka chránit, zdaleka charakterizovat a nastavovat opojné zrcadlo dominantním živlům – slunci, větru a vodě.

To all these stimuli the wining house responds by its setting into the terrain and by a dominant roof decorated with a special corrugated roofing, which allows a soft modeling of light, a good air flow and an effective management of rain water. The aim was to create a roof that will protect the large winery house, characterize it from afar and mirror the dominant elements - sun, wind and water.
