Die Schweiz möchte auf die bemerkenswerten Anstrengungen hinweisen, die Libyen bei der Organisation und Durchführung der Wahlen vom 7. Juli 2012 gemacht hat. Trotz des Umfangs der Aufgabe und der zahlreichen Schwierigkeiten, die zu bewältigen waren, fanden die Vorbereitungen und die Wahlen selbst bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unter guten Bedingungen statt.

Switzerland wishes to emphasise the impressive efforts made by Libya to organise and to implement the ballot of 7 July 2012. Despite the size of the task and numerous difficulties, the election process and the vote itself, with a few exceptions, took place under good conditions. Switzerland commends the determination that Libya has shown, as demonstrated by this exercise of political rights, to establish a state based on the rule of law.

La Suisse tient à souligner les remarquables efforts que la Libye a fourni pour organiser et mener à bien le scrutin du 7 juillet 2012. Malgré l’ampleur de la tâche et les nombreuses difficultés à surmonter, la conduite des opérations et le vote lui-même se sont, à quelques exceptions près, déroulés dans de bonnes conditions. La Suisse salue la volonté ainsi exprimée d’œuvrer, au travers de l’exercice des droits politiques, à instaurer un Etat de droit en Libye.

La Svizzera tiene a sottolineare i notevoli sforzi profusi dalla Libia per organizzare e gestire al meglio la votazione del 7 luglio 2012. Malgrado le dimensioni del compito e le numerose difficoltà da superare, la gestione delle operazioni e il voto stesso si sono tenuti, salvo qualche eccezione, in condizioni buone. La Svizzera accoglie con favore la volontà così espressa d'instaurare, attraverso l'esercizio dei diritti politici, uno Stato di diritto in Libia.
