Zurückgeschickte Ware muss für eine Rückerstattung wie neu sein – ungetragen (außer zum Anprobieren), ungewaschen und unbenutzt. Sammlerstücke, Plüschspielwaren und ähnliche Artikel werden nicht zurückgenommen, wenn diese geöffnet oder aus ihrer ursprünglichen Packung genommen wurden.

Items returned for refund must be in new condition – unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and unused. Collectibles, plush toys, and similar items are non-returnable if they have been opened or removed from their original package. Any items that are received in less than new condition cannot be returned to stock and will not be processed as a return. Customers who have returned an item found to be unsellable will be contacted by Riot Support.

Los objetos devueltos deberán estar en perfecto estado, sin desgaste alguno, sin lavar y sin usar (más allá de la prueba inicial). Los objetos de colección, peluches y artículos similares no se podrán devolver si se han abierto o sacado de la caja. Los artículos que no estén en perfectas condiciones, y por tanto no podamos vender, no se procesarán como devoluciones. El servicio de Soporte al jugador de Riot se pondrá en contacto con aquellos clientes que hayan devuelto un artículo en estado invendible.

Gli oggetti da collezione, i peluche e affini non sono restituibili una volta che sono stati rimossi dalla loro confezione originale. Gli oggetti restituiti in condizioni diverse dal nuovo non possono essere rimessi in vendita e non saranno accettati come restituzione. I clienti che restituiscono un oggetto non più vendibile verranno contattati dal supporto di Riot.

Przedmioty, za które zwracamy pieniądze muszą być nowe, nienoszone (poza przymierzaniem), nieprane i nieużywane. Przedmioty kolekcjonerskie, pluszowe maskotki i podobne przedmioty nie mogą zostać zwrócone, jeśli zostały otwarte lub wyjęte z oryginalnego opakowania.
