A reclamation plan and schedule must be included that addresses all elements of site cleanup and restoration as well as specific legislated measures as well as those required by the Land Manager and Pasture Manager. All soils related requirements must be addressed including erosion control measures and spill cleanup and contamination. If the area contains sensitive terrain describe any special terrain/protection restoration methods to be used. Should stripping and stockpiling techniques be employed, topsoil must be salvaged in a separate lift from subsoil and stored where mixing will not occur. If top soil depth is less than 15cm, the top 15cm must be salvaged, accept where the underlying soils are not acceptable (i.e. solonetzic soils). All disturbed hillsides must be contoured back to original slope. Indicate any additions to soil that will be used; the use of high rates of nitrogen fertilizer is not encouraged; the use of a straw crimping may be beneficial, however, any straw used must be free from disease or contaminant seed. Indicate the proposed seed mix and seeding method. The seed mixture must be certified by an approved laboratory to be free of downy brome and other undesirable species.
