All notices must be in English and in writing (including without limitation via electronic communications) and, except as otherwise set forth in the Terms: (a) if sent to you, to the address provided by you when you register for the Google Services; and (b) if sent to Google to: Attn: Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Notices will be deemed served on receipt.
