Պատվիրակության կազմում էին Ճապոնիայի Ազգային ժողովի ստորին պալատի պատգամավոր, Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան պատգամավորական բարեկամության խմբի փոխնախագահ (նախկին նախագահ), Ճապոնիայի նախկին արտգործնախարար Տակեակի Մացումոտոն և Ճապոնիայի Ազգային ժողովի ստորին պալատի պատգամավոր, Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան պատգամավորական բարեկամության խմբի գլխավոր քարտուղար, Ճապոնիայի բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Շունիչի Սուձուկին:

At the meeting with the members of the Armenia-Japan Friendship Group in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the two groups discussed issues of common interest, and emphasized that the Armenia-Japan relations are developing in the spirit of friendship and mutual trust. After the meeting, Mr. Samvel Farmanyan, the President of the Armenia-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Group, and Mr. Seishiro Eto signed a joint declaration on behalf of the two parliamentarian friendship groups. The Japanese delegation was also received by the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Galust Sahakyan.
