Nadine Ataya is an HR optimization specialist with experience in organizational design, process management and writing organizational policies and procedures for the purposes of establishing and maintaining sustainable best practice. Ataya moved to the DI from the UK, where she worked in transformational HR in UK Higher Education for 6 years. She also has experience in Lebanon, where she set up entrepreneurships. Ataya graduated from Aston University in the UK with an MSc in Human Resource Management and Business and has been admitted into the British Psychological Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Chartered Management Institute. She is also qualified in Level A and Level B Psychometric Testing. At the DI, Ataya’s vision is to establish, maintain and implement effective policies, processes and procedures that are methodical, informative and relevant to academia and staff.
