قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية فيينا في مقرره ٢ / ٩ لاجتماعه الثاني أن يطلب إلى الأطراف في اتفاقية فيينا ، أن تعمل على تيسير توسيع نطاق محطات النظام العالمي لمراقبة الأوزون كمسألة تتسم بالإلحاح ، من خلال المساهمات الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف ، وخاصة في المواقع المختارة على أساس المعايير الثنائية المقبولة بوجه عام والموجودة في أراضي البلدان النامية المهتمة بالموضوع ، وأن يطلب خاصة:

The Conference of the Parties, in Decision VCII/9 of its Second Meeting, decided to request the Parties to the Vienna Convention as a matter of urgency to facilitate through bilateral and multilateral contributions the expansion of the ozone observing stations network, in particular at locations selected on the basis of generally accepted scientific criteria which are in the territories of interested developing countries, and specifically to request:

D'inviter les Parties à la Convention de Vienne à faciliter d'urgence, grâce à des contributions bilatérales et multilatérales, l'extension du réseau de stations d'observation de l'ozone, notamment à des endroits qui sont souhaitables compte tenu des critères scientifiques généralement acceptés et qui sont situés sur les territoires des pays en développement intéressés, et tout particulièrement d'inviter:

Pedir a las Partes en el Convenio de Viena que, como cuestión urgente, faciliten, mediante contribuciones bilaterales y multilaterales, la ampliación de la red de estaciones de observación del ozono, en particular en lugares que se consideren apropiados sobre la base de criterios científicos generalmente aceptados y que estén en territorios de países en desarrollo interesados, y pedir específicamente:

Конференция Сторон в решении ВК‑II/9 своего второго совещания постановила просить Стороны Венской конвенции в срочном порядке путем двусторонних и многосторонних взносов содействовать расширению сети станций по наблюдению за озоновым слоем, в частности их созданию на территории заинтересованных развивающихся стран в местах, выбранных на основе общепризнанных научных критериев, и, помимо всего прочего, просить:
