لدى تقرير مجال عمل المتمرّن الداخلي ومضمون ذلك التمرين، تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار المشاريع التي يجري الاضطلاع بها في الشعبة، ومؤهّلات المتمرّن، والغرض من التمرين الداخلي حسبما بيّنته المؤسسة الراعية أو ما بيّنه المتمرّن. وعادة ما يُطلب من المتمرّنين أن يقوموا، تحت إشراف موظف شؤون قانونية، بمهام تتعلق بالمشاريع الجارية لأفرقة الأونسيترال العاملة أو بأنشطة ترويج نصوص الأونسيترال والمساعدة على إصلاح القوانين.

In determining the area and substance of the intern's work, account will be taken of the projects currently being undertaken in the Division, the qualifications of the intern and the purpose of the internship as expressed by the sponsoring institution or the intern. Interns will normally be requested to undertake tasks, under the supervision of a legal officer, in connection with the ongoing projects of UNCITRAL working groups, or with the activities of promotion of UNCITRAL texts and assistance to legal reform.

Pour déterminer le domaine de travail du stagiaire et la nature de ses fonctions, il sera tenu compte des projets en cours dans la Division, des qualifications du stagiaire et de l'objet du stage tel que défini par l'institution qui parraine le stagiaire ou par le stagiaire lui-même. Les stagiaires seront normalement appelés, sous la supervision d'un juriste, à accomplir des tâches en rapport avec les projets en cours des groupes de travail de la CNUDCI ou avec les activités de promotion des textes de la CNUDCI et d'assistance concernant les réformes juridiques.

Al determinar la tarea que se asignará a un pasante y el campo en que trabajará, se tendrán en cuenta los proyectos que la División esté realizando, las calificaciones del pasante y el propósito de la pasantía, según la haya expresado la institución patrocinadora o el propio pasante. Normalmente se pedirá a los pasantes que, bajo la supervisión de un oficial jurídico, realicen tareas relacionadas con los proyectos que estén ejecutando los grupos de trabajo de la CNUDMI, o con las actividades de promoción de los textos de la CNUDMI y la asistencia en materia de reforma jurídica.

При определении области и характера работы стажера учитываются осуществляемые Отделом проекты, квалификация стажера и цели стажировки, указанные учреждением-спонсором или стажером. Как правило, стажерам под руководством сотрудника по правовым вопросам предлагается выполнять задачи, которые связаны с проектами, осуществляемыми рабочими группами ЮНСИТРАЛ, или с мероприятиями по пропагандированию текстов ЮНСИТРАЛ и оказанию помощи в реформировании правовой системы.
