Basha: Let me repeat, what I said. First, our ratification process is almost complete and we expect this process to be complete before the end of the year. Second, we have a very positive track record of implementing the IA, probably the best. Again, I refer also to other sources, not only to our own opinion, but also to the Commission and the Union saying that we have a smooth implementation record with regard to the implementation of the IA. Thirdly, in a region that often in the past has experienced turbulent events, Albania has remained coolheaded, it has been the voice of reason, it has been a clear force for stability. And I am told in several meetings, including this one today, that it is highly appreciated by the EU. All these are very good credentials for Albania to contemplate next steps. However Albania is not indifferent to the environment which it aspires to join in the near future. Europe, like the rest of the world is experiencing an economic situation, an economic crisis. There are matters on the table to be discussed that concern the institutional structure of the Union, the Lisbon Treaty. There are current political issues on the table of the Union that concern the current members of the Union. This doesn’t mean that we feel we are left alone and not on the focus. Very much the contrary. But we have to take into account what is going on in this organization we want to become a member of. So, taking into account both sides of the story, I can tell you that we are carefully but decisively weighing our next steps, steps that will not surprise the Commission and, given your very good contacts with the Commission, will not surprise you either.
