13-   تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق ضعف التدابير التي اعتمدتها الدولة الطرف لتلبية الاحتياجات الخاصة للنساء والفتيات ذوات الإعاقة، وتأسف لعدم حماية حقوقهن حمايةً مناسبة (انظر CEDAW/C/ARG/CO/6، الفقرتان 43 و44). ويساور اللجنة قلق بوجه خاص إزاء الافتقار إلى استراتيجية لتعميم المنظور الجنساني ومنظور مراعاة الإعاقة في التشريعات وفي البرامج الخاصة بالمرأة، المتعلقة بجملة مسائل منها العنف والاحتكام إلى القضاء والحقوق الجنسية والإنجابية وولوج سوق العمل.
