This penalty is due to violating the fact that it disclosed its annual financial statements on 29/3/2018 and it had an obligation to upload the financial statements (previously disclosed) on the exchange’s website to be available to all traders by 5/4/2018 pursuant to article (7-8-1) of the Stock Exchange’s Rule Book. However, the mentioned company was late in uploading its financial statements on the exchange’s website on 19/4/2018, which proves the violation against the company.

وتأتي هذه العقوبة بسبب مخالفتها إنها أفصحت عن بياناتها المالية السنوية بتاريخ 29/3/2018 وكان يتوجب عليها رفع البيانات المالية (التي سبق وأن أفصحت عنها) على موقع البورصة الالكتروني لكي يكون متاح لكافة المتداولين بحد أقصى يوم 5/4/2018 عملاً بنص المادة (7- 8- 1) من كتاب قواعد البورصة، إلا أن الشركة المذكورة تأخرت عن ذلك حيث قامت برفع بياناتها المالية على موقع البورصة بتاريخ 19/4/2018، الأمر الذي يثبت المخالفة في حق الشركة.
