يذكر أن إحدى اللوحات الجدارية التي تمثل الصحراء القطرية والتي رسمها الأطفال المرضى في  عام 2014 خلال فعاليات برنامج " فن وشفاء" بالتعاون مع كلية لندن الجامعية - قطر ومتحف قطر الإسلامي قد أعيد صياغتها من قِبل الفنان عبدالعظيم محجوب الحسين والفنانة إميلينا سوريس وتم رسمها مباشرة على الجدار في البرج 2 شمال – الوحدة 3 في مستشفى حمد العام.  وبعد تحويل الوحدة 3 إلى منطقة للمرضى البالغين فقد تم استنساخ اللوحة الجدارية وإعادة رسمها في الممر الرئيسي للوحدة 6 جنوب وهي منطقة مخصصة للأطفال.

‘I visited the building for the first time with my family in the mid-1990s. I was 15 at the time, and I was scared. I still get shivers when I see the bullets holes there. Sleman’s first installation in the yard of the museum, Two Generations (2014), was dedicated to the women who were imprisoned and raped at the Amna Suraka. ‘Often, these women had a father, brother or husband in prison, so they became suspects themselves. Many of them had children as a result of rape. When they got out of prison, they were rejected by their own communities’ says Sleman. The artist painted the first names of these women prisoners on bricks, which she laid out in the museum’s yard.

أمنة سوركا هي المقر الشمالي السابق لجهاز المخابرات العراقي حيث تعرَّض آلاف الأكراد للتعذيب والقتل خلال حملات الأنفال في الثمانينيات. الاسم يعني “الأمن الأحمر”، والمبنى تحول إلى متحف في عام 2003. تقول صقر سليمان”حينما كنت طفلة كان يحكى الكثير من قصص الرعب عن أمنة سوركا، زرت المكان مع أسرتي للمرة الأولى في منتصف التسعينيات. كان عمري 15 سنة في ذلك الوقت، وكنت في حالة رعب. ولم تزل القشعريرة تنتابني كلما رأيت آثار الرصاص هناك”. أول عمل مركب لصقر سليمان في فناء المتحف هو “جيلان” (2014) وهو مهدى إلى النساء اللاتي تعرضن للاعتقال والاغتصاب في أمنة سوركا. تقول صقر سليمان “في الغالب كان لهؤلاء النساء أب في المعتقل أو أخ أو زوج، فكان يُشتبه فيهن أيضا. كثير منهن أنجبن بسبب الاغتصاب. فكانت عائلاتهن ترفضهن بعد خروجهن من المعتقل” رسمت الفنانة أولى أسماء هؤلاء النساء السجينات بالآجر الذي وضعته على أرض فناء المتحف. والتقت صقر سليمان بسجينة سابقة في مركز اليوجا الخاص بها. تحكي قائلة “لم نتكلم قط عن تجربتها، لكن كان بوسعي أن أرى الألم في عينيها. خصصت لها أحد أعمال الآجر بالمعرض، لكنني لا أعرف إن كانت جاءت وشاهدته”.

واستندت المحكمة في حكمها ـ الذي حصلت المبادرة المصرية للحقوق الشخصية على نسخة منه ـ إلى أن قصيدة "شرفة ليلى مراد" والتي نشرتها المجلة في عام 2007 قد حوت ألفاظاً تمثل إساءة للذات الإلهية ورسمت "صورة مهينة للمولى جل في علاه"، وقالت إن "ما أتته هذه المجلة بنشر هذه الألفاظ يباعد بينها وبين رسالة الصحافة التي نص عليها الدستور المصري وقانون الصحافة، بحيث يصبح انتساب هذه المجلة إلى الصحافة المصرية بتاريخها العريق ضرباً من ضروب الامتهان ... كما أن نشرها هذه الألفاظ يباعد بينها وبين الهدف المنشود من ترخيصها بنشر الإبداع الذي تجود به قرائح الشعراء المبدعين حقاً"، ثم أضافت المحكمة أنها "لا تتوانى عن أخذ المجلة بسوء فعلها وخبث نواياها، وبالمأخذ الذي يستحقه كل من أراد العبث بمقومات المجتمع المصري، وحتى تختفي هذه المجلة من الوجود، ومن ثم تحول المحكمة بينها وبين ما تنفثه من سموم، وما تعبث به من أخلاقيات وقيم."
