التقيت بريم بنّا قبل إحدى عشرة سنة ، عندما كنت في عام 2002 مسافرا في فلسطين. آنذاك كان العالم يبدو على وشك الوصول إلى مستوىً جديد من العداوة بين الشرق والغرب، مستوىً فاقم من حدته وجود قادة سياسيين تنقصهم الحكمة مثل جورج دبليو بوش الذي صنف بعض الدول على أنها جزء من "محور الشر". ولشدة ما استفزتني كلماته، قررت أن أفعل عكس ما يقترح. فلم أقبل بخشية أي ممن يحتمل أن يكون عضوا في نادي الشر النبيل هذا. بل رغبت في زيارة كل منهم، واحداً تلو الآخر لجمع التهاليل بهدف تحقيق مشروع "تهاليل من محور الشر".

نحن لا نفبرك فيديوهات ولا نفبرك صورا وبعض هذه الصور خاصة بمتظاهري لاظوغلي الذين يعرفهم السيد اللواء بالاسم. فإذا كانت الصور لا تعكس الحقيقة فإن أجساد ضحايا التعذيب لا تكذب وشهادات الأطباء وما رأوه بعيونهم لا تكذب وشهادات الأمهات اللاتي فقدن أبناءهن للسجن الحربي ويجدن صعوبة شديدة في زيارتهم وشهادات بعضهن ممن رأين أبناءهن وآثار التعذيب واضحة على أجسادهم.. هؤلاء لا يكذبون.. وهذه الشهادات كلها متاحة لمن يرغب في التحقيق الجاد بل إن بعض البلاغات قد قدمت فعلا للنيابة العامة وبعضها أحيل إلى النيابة العسكرية ولو أراد السيد اللواء الاطلاع عليها فسوف نرسلها له شخصيا.
