ويعد هذا البرنامج الأول من نوعه في فلسطين لكل طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية من مستويات السنة الرابعة والباحثين عن التميز وتطوير الذات قبل الدخول الى سوق العمل. وقد باشر البنك بتنفيذ هذا البرنامج بداية الشهر الجاري بشراكة مؤسساتية مع الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة عبر مشاركة حوالي 20 طالبة وطالبا، حيث يستمر البرنامج لمدة 100 ساعة تدريبية يعقد منها 60 ساعة في قاعات الجامعة و40 ساعة في قاعات التدريب العملي (الفرع المصرفي التجريبي) في مركز تدريب بنك فلسطين، حيث يقوم الطلاب بالتدرب على اجراء المعاملات البنكية من خلال برامج افتراضية تشمل جميع الخدمات التي يقدمها البنك أو البنوك الفلسطينية، من بينها تقديم طلبات قروض كيفية بحث منح تسهيلات لشركات وأفراد، وحوالات مالية حول العالم، واعتمادات مستندية، وكشوفات حسابات، ودفاتر الشيكات، وغيرها من الخدمات التي سيتمكن الطلاب من التخرج من هذا البرنامج وقد استطاع تنفيذ جميع الحركات بشكل متقن.
