Total cost of the project is estimated at about 571.7 million Ethiopian Bur which is equivalent about 16.91 million Kuwaiti Dinars of which 11.87 million Kuwaiti Dinars in foreign currency which represents about 70% of the total cost of the project. تبلغ مدة القرض 24 سنة بما في ذلك فترة إمهال قدرها 4 سنوات ، وسيتم سداد القرض على 40 قسطاً نصف سنوي يستحق أولها في أول تاريخ يستحق فيه دفع فوائد أو تكاليف أخرى بموجب إتفاقية القرض وذلك بعد إنقضاء فترة الإمهال المذكورة ، أما الفائدة على القرض فهي بواقع 1.5% سنوياً يضاف إليها 0.5% سنوياً لمواجهة تكاليف الإدارة وخدمات تنفيذ إتفاقية القرض .
