The project will develop the idea of decoupling (ad- vanced by UNEP, 2011, 2012) in a way that recognises the specifics of water resources management in the Middle East, particularly the importance of strategies that target local/national (rather than global) water and food security.

سيطور المشروع فكرة الفصل التي قام بها برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة عامي 2011 و 2012 بطريقة تعترف بتفاصيل إدارة موارد المياه في الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة أهمية الاستراتيجيات المحلية والوطنية لا العالمية والمياه والأمن الغذائي. من الأهمية بمكان أن يمثل البحث طريقا لترجمة نظرية فصل المياه الخاصة إلى سياسات، ومن خلال تحليل اتجاهات النمو الاقتصادي والسكاني، ستحدد بيانات ميزانيات الأغذية في منظمة الأغذية والزراعة وبيانات البصمة المائية (Mekonnen and Hoekstra, 2011; Shtull-Trauring, 2015, and OECD, 2010) وستحدد التغيرات اللازمة في الإنتاج الزراعي وتقنيات الإنتاج وخيارات الاستيراد لتخفيف الضغط عن مصادر المياه العذبة. سيسلط المشروع أيضا الضوء على المحاصيل والممارسات الزراعية التي يمكن أن تستهدف بشكل مفيد لتحسين الكفاءة استنادا إلى المقارنات العالمية والإقليمية مما يوفر مسارا للسياسات العامة التحليلية.

After finalizing the first stage of the training, the youth of both gender went to their place of residence to identify the community needs and put in order the priorities of their regions in order to start the plan that will claim for their rights, after finalizing the second phase of training under the title "mechanisms of social intervention" that will develop the skills of youth from both gender in the area of social and field research and identify human and technical resources available in those areas and the ability to discover the existing gaps in social building in terms of economic and social inequality between women and men.

ترى المؤسسة المصرية لتنمية الأسرة أن الهدف الأساسى هو إحداث تغيير إيجابى فى الواقع الفعلى على مستوى مناطق العمل التى تُنفذ فيها المشروعات لذلك وضعنا نصب أعيينا التأكيد على هذا الهدف خلال تقديم الحزمة التدريبية الخاصة بمشروع تنمية المساواة فى النوع الاجتماعى عند ممارسة حقوق المشاركة المجتمعية لدي الشباب في إمبابة فبعد أن انتهت المرحلة الأولى من التدريبات قام/ت الشباب/ات بالنزول الفعلى إلى مناطق سكنهم/ن لتحديد الاحتياجات المجتمعية وترتيب الأولويات الخاصة بالمناطق تمهيداً للبدء فى خطة المطالبة بالحقوق بعد استكمال المرحلة الثانية من التدريبات تحت عنوان آليات التدخل الاجتماعى، والتى من شأنها أن تعمل على تنمية وتطوير مهارات الشباب/ات فى مجال البحث الاجتماعى والميدانى وتحديد الموارد البشرية والفنية المتاحة بالمناطق والقدرة على اكتشاف الخلل الموجود فى البناء الاجتماعى من حيث عدم المساواة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين النساء الرجال.وستشهد المرحلة القادمة من المشروع تغير كيفى فى طريقة تناول الشباب/ات لمشكلات مجتمعاتهم/ن ووضع حلول مبتكرة لهذه المشكلات تعتمد بالاساس على مشاركة جميع الأفراد وبالتعاون مع الجهات التنفيذية المعنية،مرتكزة على فكرة الحق فى الحصول على الخدمة التى التزمت الدولة بتقديمها للمواطنين/ات
