تعتبر هذه الإتفاقية كما لو أنه تم إبرامها ودخلت حيز التنفيذ في الدوحة. تخضع هذه الإتفاقية ويتم تفسير الأحكام والمباديء والنصوص الواردة فيها وفقاً للقوانين القطرية ( بغض النظر عن تعارض مبادئ القانون). كما أنه لا تسمع أية دعوى عن موقعنا ( فيما يخص المعلومات أو المنتجات أو الخدمات المتوفرة به) إلا خلال مدة سنة من تاريخ نشوء سبب الدعوى، وإلا إعتبرت الدعوى باطلة وليست لها أثر قانوني. تخضع كل الدعاوى للقيود والأحكام الواردة بالفقرة 8 والفقرة 10 من هذه الإتفاقية. لا يجوز تفسير الأحكام والنصوص الواردة في هذه الإتفاقية بغير معناها الصحيح، كما لا يجوز تأويل تلك الأحكام والنصوص على أنها ضد طرف من أطراف الإتفاقية. انت توافق على تسوية أي نزاع أو دعوى ناشئة عن أو لها علاقة بهذه الإتفاقية بموجب القوانين القطرية، ويكون لمحاكمها المختصة سلطة حصرية في النظر في الدعاوى الناشئة عن أو التي لها علاقة بأحكام ونصوص هذه الإتفاقية. في حالة عدم تنفيذ أو عدم صلاحية أي جزء من أجزاء هذه الإتفاقية، فإن ذلك الجزء يفسر ويخضع للقوانين المطبقة، على أن تبقى الأجزاء المتبقية من الإتفاقية نافذة وسارية المفعول. وتخضع أحكام ونصوص هذه الإتفاقية لإختصاص المحاكم، وتوافق على قيام إجراءات التقاضي في مناطق أخرى. في حالة وجود أي تعارض بين أحكام ونصوص هذه الإتفاقية وبين أي وثيقة في الموقع ، تسود أحكام ونصوص هذه الإتفاقية. لا يمثل الفشل في تنفيذ أي بند من بنود هذه الإتفاقية تنازلاً عنه أوتنازلاً عن الحق في تنفيذه.
