لقد استهدفتْ محمولاتُ الغزوِ الثقافي صميمَ هويةِ الأسرةِ العربية: ثقافتَها ولغتَها ودينَها. وأدّتْ وسائلُ الإعلامِ والثقافةُ الترفيهيةُ، ولا تزال، الدورَ الأكثرَ تأثيراً باعتبارها حاملاً لمفرداتِ وتأثيراتِ هذا الغزو الذي جرفَ بتيارهِ الكثيرَ من الشبابِ العرب. وإننا لنتألّمَ كثيراً ونحنُ نرى شباباً عرباً يفقدونَ هِويّتَهم، وتتجلّى حالاتُهم بمثابةِ جرسِ إنذارِ من أنْ يَطْغى ضياعُ الهويةِ على أجيالٍ مقبلةٍ بكاملِها، بينما تنشغلُ دولُنا العربية، عن واجباتِها في مضمارِ البناءِ والتنميةِ الاجتماعية، بالخلافاتِ السياسيةِ البينية أو بالاحترابِ الداخلي. وكما لا يحدثُ ربما في أيِّ منطقةٍ أخرى في العالم تُستنزفُ ميزانياتُ الكثيرِ من الدولِ العربية بالتسلّحِ ومستلزماتِ الهاجسِ الأمني ومتطلباتِ الإعلامِ الدعائي. فكيفَ لحالِ الأسرةِ أن تُصلَح، إذا كانت أحوالُ الدولةِ على غيرِ صلاح؟

As a non-profit, “we have represented Tunisia with 12 young people between the ages of 17 and 21. The goal of the project is to successfully integrate immigrants in Belgium via a collaborative artistic production which will help them integrate in Europe”, she explains. She notes that the idea was to bring in a group of young Arabs in order to facilitate integration and let them know they aren’t alone in their host country, and to extend the exchange.

خلال السّنة الفارطة دارت الأنشطة في بلجيكا فقط مع بلجيكيّين ومهاجرين نحو ذلك البلد لكنّ اتّحاد دير الشباب البلجيكيّة قرّر تشريك متدخّلين جدد لتعزيز المشروع من خلال شريكين من فرنسا وتونس وقالت لنا السيدة الشلّي:" مثلت جمعيّتنا تونس باثني عشر شاب وشابّة يترواح سنّهم بين 17 و21 سنة وكان الهدف من المشروع يتمثّل في النّجاح في إدماج المهاجرين الموجودين على التّراب البلجيكي من خلال انتاج فنيّ تشاركيّ من شأنه أن ييسّر اندماجهم في الفضاء الأوروبي".
