Cooperation with Russia is also on a high level. We have participated in the conference held in Saint Petersburg; active works were also carried out in the field of sport; from among 87 teams, our team took the third place. Two years ago we received a proposal from the Chief Bailiff of Russia on the establishment of the International Union of Bailiffs. This proposal was conditioned by the fact, that a number of European countries carry out serious activities towards transformation to a private compulsory enforcement service, with the expectation to privatise this service. Our opinion with this regard is unequivocal; we are not ready to pass on to such status yet. The discussions with the WB resulted in the conclusion that today it's more efficient for us to be a state institution and receive state support, as opposed to the private scenario.
