2011թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միության համագումարում Սերժ Սարգսյանը բառացիորեն ասաց հետևյալը. «Գործարարությունը պետք է հետևողականորեն տարանջատվի պետական համակարգից և իշխանությունից»: 2012թ. մարտի 22-ին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ներկայացված, Աժ ընտրություններին մասնակցող ՀՀԿ համամասնական ցուցակում ընդգրկված անունների թվում ներքոնշյալ համարների ներքո գրված էին նաև հետևյալ գործարարների, հանրային ընկալմամբ` օլիգարխների անունները. 2.
