“Those, who have license to issue legitimate certificates according to the national legislation, were cut off by the Minister of Finance. He gives the money only to NAMRB, which is not licensed by the National Agency for Professional Education and Training and thus its certificates are absolutely null. The problem is, however, that NAMRB not only is not licensed, but is not authorized to hire contractors and persons on service agreement.”

Той дава парите само на НСОРБ, която обаче не е лицензирана от Националната агенция за професионално образование и обучение и нейните сертификати са абсолютно невалидни.
