Direkt hinter der Hauptverwaltung des Reiseveranstalters alltours flugreisen GmbH gelegen, erstreckt sich das fünfte von Bahl + Partner geplante Bürogebäude im Duisburger Innenhafen über fünf Büroetagen und zwei Tiefgaragenebenen.

Das Gebäude, aufgrund seiner charakteristischen Form Looper genannt, passt sich optimal in seine Umgebung ein. Den Kern des Neubaus mit seiner gebogenen Glas-Aluminium-Fassade und dem 2-geschossigen Natursteinsockel bildet der zentrale, begrünte Innenhof im 2. Obergeschoss.
