为总结中美公共机构合同能源管理的实践情况，分享中美公共机构合同能源管理中取得的丰富经验，探讨合同能源管理在公共机构中更广泛的应用，在美国能源部、美国国务院、中国国家发改委的支持下，由中美能源合作项目、美国太平洋西北国家实验室、中国建筑科学研究院、中国节能协会节能服务产业委员会共同主办的“中美公共机构合同能源管理交流研讨会”于2017年5月19日上午在北京顺利召开。中国建筑科学研究院建筑环境与节能研究院副院长路宾先生欢迎了各位参会代表和专家, 中国国家发改委环资司节能处处长赵怀勇先生致词中强调，节能公司要适应世界能源转型和中国能源生产革命大背景，向能源综合服务商转变。美国能源部能效与可再生能源办公室主任Robert Sandoli先生, 中美能源合作项目董事会主席Harry Haury先生, 美国太平洋西北国家实验室科学家Meredydd Evans博士分享并介绍了美国公共机构的合同能源管理的经验, 并表示充分利用美国的技术和金融市场将有助于中国开展公共机构方面的合同能源管理合作。随后中美合同能源管理示范项目概述及2017征集标准在会上公布并介绍。
