On the technical front, RCI continued to enter into transmitter exchange agreements with such international broadcasters as Radio Austria International, Deutsche Welle, Radio Beijing, Radio Korea and Radio Monte Carlo. At the same time, RCI began to offer programming through agreements with the World Radio Network to broadcast its shows by satellite to Europe, Africa and Asia.
