Available to move APRIL 1st. 2016 We live in the "Hipster Orphanage", Lorenzo and me (mexicans) we are looking for a VERY CLEAN polite good manners, cool and very responsible, between 27 and 38 years old Roomie, to share and live together in harmony in our btf non-smoking apartment 4 a minimum of 6 months . Our apartment is very well located, near the heart of CONDESA , which bars , restaurants , cafes , clubs , shops, gym , meditation and yoga centers are walking a few blocks , but a good distance for noise and the noise does not reach here , making it a peaceful place to live . The apartment is located in a very centric area, Av Mazatlan converges through which public transportation that goes to Metro Chapultepec and Sevilla ( pink line ), it is close to Avenida Patriotism closely Juanacatlan ( pink line ) and Patriotism meters ( Orange Line ) BIKE ECO Station on Mazatlan a few steps . Superama ( SUPERMARKET ) a few blocks walking from here, and also the Roma neighborhood being close ! With all expenses included such as: Water Light Gas Payment by throwing garbage Internet and basic Cablevision Inputs ( Means for house cleaning , dishes, clothe and hands soap , napkins, toilet paper , garbage bags , oil, salt and spices) Potable Water Cleaning 1ce a week The apartment is very spacious, sunny and is furnished with contemporary art design trends and hardwood floor . The kitchen has all the equipment for cooking , stove with oven , microwave, toaster oven , refrigerator and pantry to pantry We also have a storage room where the laundry is, we also keep things we do not use so they do not clutter up the room. The room we rented has: Double Bed Pilows 1 Buro or night table Bed Clothe 2 Towels closet/shelves Window and black out courtine 1 desk + 2 chairs 1 Puff * If you have your own TV the apartment provide you of basic pay tv (Cablevision conexion) We need to ensure that accounts with formal employment and call back pay rent so we need some proof of payment of payroll or they come from your income . No parking for car, motorcycle, or bike . (But there is a place called the pension where you can keep your car or motorcicle safe, if i take you they can give you a special price) Pets are not allowed Couples are not allowed sorry! : ( You'll love it ! Beschikbaar voor 1 april te verplaatsen. 2016 We wonen in het "Hipster Orphanage", Lorenzo en ik (Mexicanen) zijn wij op zoek naar een zeer schone beleefde goede manieren, koele en zeer verantwoordelijke, tussen de 27 en 38 jaar oud Roomie, te delen en samen te leven in harmonie in onze BTF rookvrije appartement 4 een minimum van 6 maanden. Ons appartement is zeer goed gelegen, in het hart van CONDESA, waar u bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, winkels, een fitnessruimte, meditatie en yoga centra lopen een paar straten, maar een goede afstand voor geluid en het geluid hier niet te bereiken, waardoor het een rustige plek om te wonen. Het appartement is gelegen in een zeer centrale gebied, Av Mazatlan convergeert waardoor het openbaar vervoer dat gaat naar Metro Chapultepec en Sevilla (roze lijn), het is dicht bij de Avenida Patriottisme nauw Juanacatlan (roze lijn) en Patriottisme meters (Oranje Lijn) BIKE ECO station op Mazatlan een paar stappen. Superama (supermarkt) een paar straten lopen van hier, en ook de wijk Roma dicht! Met alle kosten inbegrepen, zoals: water licht Gas Betaling door het gooien van afval Internet en basic Cablevision ingangen (Middelen voor het huis schoonmaken, gerechten, kleden en handen zeep, servetten, toiletpapier, vuilniszakken, olie, zout en kruiden) drinkwater Cleaning 1ce een week Het appartement is zeer ruim, zonnig en is ingericht met hedendaagse kunst design trends en hardhouten vloer. De keuken beschikt over alle apparatuur om te koken, fornuis met oven, magnetron, broodrooster oven, koelkast en voorraadkast te pantry We hebben ook een berging, waar de was is, hebben we ook dingen die we niet gebruiken, zodat houden ze niet rommel de kamer . De kamer die we gehuurd heeft: tweepersoonsbed Pilows 1 Buro of nachtkastje Bed Kleedt 2 Handdoeken kast / planken Venster en black out Courtine 1 bureau + 2 stoelen 1 Puff * Als u uw eigen TV het appartement u van basisloon tv (Cablevision conexion) we moeten ervoor zorgen dat accounts met formele werkgelegenheid en terugbellen huur betalen, zodat we een bewijs van betaling van het salaris nodig hebben of dat ze afkomstig zijn van uw inkomen. Geen parkeerplaats voor auto, motor of fiets.
